Front Office Receptionist
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist who will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of our business office. You will be accountable for ensuring all scheduling is completed in an effective manner, overseeing the maintenance of patient records, scheduling patients, greeting and ascertaining the purpose of a patient’s visit, compiling insurance information and answering phone calls. It is important for you to maintain the appearance and order of our orthodontic practice.

You must be organized, personable and have strong phone and computer capabilities. It is important for you to act as a pleasant and welcoming presence in the office. You are the first line of communication with our patients!

Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)

Required experience:
· 2-4 years

Required Education Experience:
· Associates Degree

Preferred: English and Spanish fluency

Orthodontic Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant with three or more years of orthodontic clinical experience. This applicant should be X-ray certified. We are seeking an Orthodontic Assistant that has a “no job is too small attitude,” an outgoing personality, detailed oriented, terrific communication skills and the ability to blend with a hard-working, fun team.

As an Orthodontic Assistant at J. Orthodontics, you will be responsible for coordinating, integrating and representing all facets of patient chair side services, as well as care for the clinical areas. Meet and greet patients, make them feel warm and welcome and assist the doctor in all areas of patient care.
